Zee5 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the zee5 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with all provisions stated herein. Please read carefully before using the platform.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the zee5 platform who access our services via the website or mobile app.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using any part of the zee5 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the zee5 platform. Use by individuals below the stipulated age limit is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to be non-compliant.

Users accessing the platform from Malaysia are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable local laws. zee5 is not liable for any legal consequences arising from platform use that contravenes local regulations.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the zee5 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts, as well as the forfeiture of any unused balances or bonuses.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice. You are responsible for keeping your account information current whenever changes occur.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, whether or not you have authorised it.

Suspicious Activity Reporting

If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will take the appropriate steps to secure your account.

Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct

Users of the zee5 platform are prohibited from engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, harm other users, or violate applicable laws. The following rules must be observed at all times:

The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-manual method to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to exploit bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system inaccuracies to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting results is strictly prohibited.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to access another user's account or interfering with the platform's system operations is strictly prohibited.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where warranted.

Payments, Transactions and Financial Policy

All financial transactions on the zee5 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX, online banking, and approved eWallets. The list of available payment methods is subject to change and will be updated on the platform.

Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or eWallet registered in the account holder's name only. zee5 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one to five business days.

Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. zee5 reserves the right to withhold or suspend the processing of transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms while an investigation is underway.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Liability limits

The zee5 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or data loss. To the extent permitted by law, zee5 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the zee5 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of zee5 or our licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Third-party links

Our platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. zee5 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. These links are provided for informational convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement of the linked content.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Account Suspension and Closure

Zee5 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, a user's own request, or internal business decisions. Where possible, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice prior to account closure, except in circumstances requiring immediate action.

Changes to Terms

Zee5 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage users to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts.
